Hazing victim’s family sues university and fraternity for wrongful death

The Leto Law Firm and Kirby & Holt filed suit against Theta Chi Fraternity, Lenoir Rhyne University and several fraternity members following the tragic hazing death of Tampa resident, Harrison Kowiak.
