Brian L. Elstein is an associate at Leto Bassuk where he focuses his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, medical negligence, products liability, and complex commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, corporate and shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and fraud claims. His innovative approach to the practice of law has allowed him to successfully represent clients from a wide array of industries.
Mr. Elstein graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology in 2010. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2013, graduating cum laude. While in law school, he was a Goodwin Scholarship recipient and a member of the Nova Trial Association. Prior to joining Leto Bassuk, Mr. Elstein was an associate at a large Miami firm where he actively litigated personal injury claims involving surgical procedures.
Mr. Elstein was admitted to practice in the State of Florida in 2013 and is an active member of the Dade County Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
